It aims to examine the role of this ecosystem in the recognition of Pinot Noir within the Alsace Grand Cru AOC, with a particular focus on the Grand Cru Vorbourg. It specifically highlights the relevance of an ecosystem-based approach in understanding the typicity of a terroir and investigates the key factors driving the collective dynamic around Vorbourg Pinot Noir.
